A manufacturing and delivery contract describes the parameters of a business relationship between a distributor and its manufacturer or supplier of its products. Danger has the right to purchase products from Sharp, (i) for use by Danger (e.g.B. for development, testing, marketing, public relations and sales promotion) and (ii) if Sharp, its related company or authorized distributor do not sell products to a mobile operator who wishes to purchase dangerous products and services, in which case, Danger has the right to: resell the products purchased by Sharp to this mobile operator. Dangerous products will not be sold under the Sharp brand without Sharp`s consent. In addition, Sharp endangers GSM claims and product liability for products purchased in accordance with this Section 6.4. 5.13 Training materials and end-user manuals.
