Hosting Services Agreement Uk

An optional service level agreement (SLA) is included in the schedule. The SLA can be used to set guarantees as to the availability of hosting services. The customer may not use its website to connect to other sites or systems on which the material described above is hosted. The standard version of this Agreement assumes that the hosting service provider hosts a specific website or website instead of providing hosting capacity; On the other hand, the premium version assumes that the customer will have access to the hosting resources and that he will have some freedom in choosing how he wants to use these resources. In addition to the standard contract clauses, the premium contract includes an availability SLA. “Client Website” means the website that the Host hosts for the Client and covers all parts of that Website, including but not limited to component files and related services such as e-mail; UK Hosting has wholesale agreements with a number of domain registrations. Please note the conditions for domain registration by clicking here for details: Please also note that the data processing rules contained in this document have been designed to ensure a fair balance between coverage, detail and brevity. In some cases, further details may be desirable and, in this case, a separate processing agreement is available. An optional alternative to the data processing clause in its entirety is included in this document, which concerns a separate processing agreement.

In case of doubt, it is first necessary to obtain appropriate legal advice. If you purchased Managed SSL and use an SSL certificate on a website we host, we generate and store a corresponding private key. For security reasons, we will never release your private key, even at your request. If you want to export your SSL certificate for use on a non-GoDaddy server, request a new SSL certificate key – your current SSL certificate will be invalidated and we deduct a new usage certificate on your non-GoDaddy server. We will automatically validate, issue and install the new certificate every two years if customers subscribe to our hosting products. Customers using 3rd party hosting products must reinstall the new certificate after automatically validating and issuing a new certificate. We will inform customers through the product dashboard and by email when they need to take action. You may delegate to an agent the authority to sign and submit or approve a certificate application on your behalf, (2) sign and submit a Subscriber Agreement on your behalf, and/or (iii) acknowledge the Terms of Use on your behalf, provided that you confirm and confirm that you are and remain subject to all the terms of this Agreement.

Another optional timeline includes an Acceptable Use Directive, which sets out detailed rules regarding what content can be processed using hosting services and how hosting services can be used. We offer a service uptime guarantee of 99.9% (“service-uptime”) of available time per month. If we do not maintain this service-uptime guarantee in a given month (as set exclusively by us), you can contact us and request a credit of 5% of your monthly hosting fee for that month. The credit can only be used for the purchase of other products and services from us and is understood to be increased by the taxes incurred. The service-uptime warranty does not apply to service interruptions caused by: (1) regular maintenance or repairs that we may perform from time to time; (2) interruptions caused by custom scripting, coding, or installation of third-party applications; (3) failures that do not affect the look of your website, but simply affect access to your website, such as ftp and email; (4) causes that are beyond our influence or that are not reasonably foreseeable; and (5) failures related to the reliability of certain programming environments….
